4/4/2000: Definitely, Microsoft is: CULPRIT!!

    The prognoses have been confirmed: scarce hours ago federal judge Thomas Penfield Jackson was making his judgment public in the case against Microsoft for monopolistic practices, and it is a question of a condemnation in frankly hard terms.
    We are not going to analyze here thoroughly the content of the judgment, the mass media will take charge already of explaining it to us in detail (so much if we want as if not) in the next days; be enough to say that this has just started, now he stays to decide if it is necessary to dismember Microsoft in several smaller companies, or to make public the code source of Windows, or...: who knows?
